• We currently do not offer returns. Only exchanges are available.
• Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging intact.

• Once the exchange request is approved, we will arrange a pickup.
• Courier charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer.
• All products undergo a quality check before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately.
